​Your Mental Health Toolkit (published in July 2023) offers you a toolkit of resources to help you develop a range of strategies to navigate difficult emotions and build resilience.
​
Each toolkit includes 45 cards and a accompanying guidebook.
​
The 45 cards are divided into 15 Respond cards, 15 Restore Cards and 15 Reflect Cards.
​
There are lots of ways you can use these cards everyday, to help you manage difficult thoughts and feelings, develop wellbeing and selfcare resources and practise reflection and journaling skills. ​
​
